February's Gallery Wall

Welcome to the Gallery Wall, a monthly column celebrating our amazing community. As we start the 3rd year of Yasmin's Made with Love, I'm excited to share the incredible finishes of my designs from stitchers worldwide. Thank you for your support!

Introducing the talented cross-stitchers of this February!

Our first finisher is Kim, the cross stitcher from the UK. She is an incredible stitcher, model tester, and photographer. You can find out all about Kim and look at her incredible work through her Instagram profile Stitchy Squirrels

Kim told me: "I was lucky enough to go to such a great retreat last year. I loved stitching this exclusive and personalising it with everyone's initials. I used Roxy Floss Royale which was called for and I added splashes of Merlot into the designs for fun. This was stitched on Vintage country mocha linen on 40ct".

We also have Leonie a passionate cross-stitcher who creates cozy moments and documents them on her Instagram page Cozy XStitch 

Leonie stitched the pillow using the recommended fabric and floss. Isn't it magical?

The next stitcher is Stephanie. Her Instagram page Stephanie Wingett.1 is filled with beautiful projects of fancy ladies by Mirabilia, Bella Filipina, and many more. However, Stephanie very recently collected Quaker Bee from her framer and just look at it!! Stunning. She used unnamed fabric from the stash and called for DMC flosses.

The last finisher this month is Clare, "I’ve been stitching for about 12 years, I’m completely self-taught, I stitch every day and for me, the finish is more important than the start. I’m never happier than when I’m stitching with a cup of tea and my dogs". 

She also shared her thoughts about the design with me; "I love this design because it sums up everything that I love about England, even the rain! I stitched it on 16-count white Aida using DMC threads and it has pride of place in my stitchy spot".
