REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love every purchase from Yasmin's Made With Love! If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.
Returns You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We're happy to offer an exchange where possible.
Please contact us before sending any items back so we can authorise your return and provide guidance.

Refunds A full refund will be issued for any item that arrives faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable items The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Pre-orders
- Customised or personalised items
- Mystery products
- Digital downloads (PDF patterns)
Damage during delivery We are not responsible for damage caused during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact your delivery provider directly and retain all packaging for any claims.
