Our Thread Gloss is handcrafted in small batches by Sew Luxe Co. — a brand dedicated to bringing a little luxury to your stitching routine.

Each pot is made using high-quality natural beeswax or vegan soy, blended with carefully selected fragrance oils to create a sensory treat for your craft space.

Thread gloss helps reduce tangling, fraying, and friction — making your embroidery and cross-stitch smoother, easier, and more enjoyable from start to finish.

Whether you're a seasoned stitcher or just starting out, it's a small addition that makes a big difference. ✨

Thread Gloss contains natural beeswax or vegan soy and fragrance oils. Please read the following before use:

• Storage: Keep in its original tin, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight
• Plastics: Oils can soften or damage some plastics — avoid prolonged contact with plastic surfaces including self-healing cutting mats
• Use: For external use on threads and textiles only — not for skin, lips, or ingestion
• Safety: Keep out of reach of children and pets

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

UK Delivery
✦ Standard: 1–3 working days — all UK orders are sent via a tracked service (Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48, or Evri)

International Delivery
✦ Europe & Rest of World: 3–10 working days
✦ Please allow extra time during busy periods (Christmas, bank holidays)

Returns
✦ You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return
✦ Items must be unused and in their original condition
✦ Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
✦ We're happy to offer an exchange where possible

Refunds
✦ Full refund issued for any item that arrives faulty or damaged
✦ Please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right

Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Pre-orders
- Customised or personalised items
- Mystery products
- Digital downloads (PDF patterns)

We are not responsible for damage caused during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact your delivery provider directly and retain all packaging for any claims.

As many of our products are handmade or made to order, please take a moment to review our return policy below.

💛 Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

• Items must be returned within 21 days

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or personalised items

• Downloadable PDF patterns or digital products

• Sale items (unless damaged or faulty)

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care when packing your order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund — your choice.
