Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

- Customised or personalised items
- Mystery products
- Digital downloads (PDF patterns)
Please note:
We are not responsible for damage caused during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact your delivery provider directly and retain all packaging for any claims.

💛 Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

💸 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care when packing your order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund — your choice.
