⚠️ Important – International Standard (Untracked) Service: For destinations outside Europe, particularly Canada, USA, Australia, and other long-haul destinations, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping service at checkout. Standard untracked parcels can experience significant delays or go missing in transit, and without a tracking number we are unable to investigate or trace your parcel with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed untracked parcels once they have left the UK.

Note for U.S. Customers – Effective 29 August 2025

From 29 August 2025, the U.S. will remove its $800 duty-free threshold for international parcels. This change applies to all orders, regardless of value.

Important: For the first six months after this date, the U.S. Postal Service may apply a flat-rate customs duty to incoming parcels sent via postal networks (e.g., Royal Mail → USPS).

• The flat rate is around $80 per parcel for items in many categories — even if your order is worth much less.
• After the transition period, duties will be charged based on the item's value instead.

We cannot control or predict these charges, and they are not included in our prices or shipping fees. They are collected by U.S. Customs or USPS before delivery.

How to avoid unexpected high fees:

• Where possible, we recommend choosing a courier service with duties prepaid (DDP) at checkout.
• We will always complete customs forms with accurate item descriptions and values to help minimise delays.

International Delivery Policy

We aim to process orders within 1-2 days, with exception to PREORDERS and CUSTOM REQUESTS.

All our physical copies of the charts will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard (no tracking provided) or Tracked (tracking number provided). Both options are available at the checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

• EUROPA - 3-5 business days
• REST OF THE WORLD 7-21 business days

UK Delivery Policy

UK flat orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 48 tracked, which does include tracking. kout.

All boxes and project bags will be shipped with tracking information.

Customs and import taxes

Customers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. Please check the requirement before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Customs duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees are charged by U.S. Customs/USPS and are non-refundable if you return your order.

If you refuse delivery because of customs charges, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case:

• We can refund the item price once it arrives back undamaged, unused, and in saleable condition.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Any return shipping or re-import fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions of return:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns must be sent to: 71 Cephas Street, E1 4AU, London.
• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• We will send a return shipping label and instructions once the return is accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on custom or personalised products, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@yasminsmadewithlove.com.
