• Magnetic needle holder: A strong, built-in neodymium magnet ensures your needles stay exactly where they belong, no more lost needles!
• Space for scissors and tools: A practical section for storing your scissors, ripper, or other small sewing tools, so your work area stays tidy and efficient.
• Top layer is crafted from high quality Beech veneered wood which has been sanded to a lovely smooth finish.

Shipping policy

International Delivery Policy

We aim to process orders within 1-2 days, with the exception of PREORDERS and CUSTOM REQUESTS.

All our physical copies of the charts will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard (no tracking provided) or Tracked (tracking number provided). Both options are available at the checkout. 

We offer free international shipping on orders £130 or more

POLITE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for incorrect tracking status, shipping delays, or any lost/damaged shipments.

EUROPA 3-5 working days. 

REST OF THE WORLD 7-21 working days

UK Delivery Policy

UK flat orders will be shipped via 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail, which does not include tracking. However, tracking options are available at the checkout.

All boxes and project bags will be shipped with tracking information.

Where do you ship from?

All items are handmade and shipped from the UK.

How long will my order take?

Most items ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order arrives.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! If you're not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. (Custom or digital orders may be non-refundable.)

💛 Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be returned within 21 days

Please email us at yasminsmadewithlove@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Downloadable PDF patterns or digital products

  • Sale items (unless damaged or faulty)

    • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

    • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care when packing your order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund — your choice.
