International Delivery
- Europe & Rest of World — from £6.00
- Estimated delivery: Europe 5–10 business days, Rest of World 7–14 business days
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply
Returns Policy
We hope you love your order, but if you need to return an item, please note the following:
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return
- Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
- We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, cut, or used

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

💸 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care when packing your order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund — your choice.
