Our exclusive range of hand-dyed fabrics is also created on genuine Zweigart Aida bases, ensuring the same exceptional weave, durability, and stitch-perfect consistency you expect from Zweigart, enhanced with our unique artisan dyeing.

Fabric Care Instructions:

For Genuine Zweigart Aida Fabrics:

• Washing: Hand wash gently in cold or lukewarm water with mild soap if necessary. Avoid harsh detergents.
  
• Drying: Lay flat to dry. Do not wring or twist. Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
  
• Ironing: If needed, iron on the back side on a low heat setting. Avoid using steam directly on the fabric.
  
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep fabrics rolled or flat to prevent creases.
  

For Our Hand-Dyed Fabrics (Zweigart Base):

• Colourfastness: Hand-dyed fabrics may have slight colour variation. To prevent any risk of bleeding, wash gently in cold water before starting your project.
  
• Washing: Use mild soap or detergent, and rinse thoroughly. Avoid soaking for long periods.
  
• Drying: Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight to preserve colour vibrancy.
  
• Ironing: Iron on the back side with a low heat setting if necessary.
  

General Tips:

• Always handle fabrics with clean, dry hands.
  
• Keep fabrics away from harsh chemicals or prolonged exposure to sunlight to maintain colour and weave integrity.

Pre-washing is optional for standard Zweigart Aida but recommended for hand-dyed fabrics to ensure any residual dye is removed.

International Delivery Policy

We aim to process orders within 1-2 days, with the exception of PREORDERS and CUSTOM REQUESTS.

All our physical copies of the charts will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard (no tracking provided) or Tracked (tracking number provided). Both options are available at the checkout. 

We offer free international shipping on orders £130 or more

POLITE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for incorrect tracking status, shipping delays, or any lost/damaged shipments.

UK Delivery Policy

UK flat orders will be shipped via 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail, which does not include tracking. However, tracking options are available at th checkout.

Where do you ship from?

All items are handmade and shipped from the UK.

How long will my order take?

Most items ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order arrives.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! If you're not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. (Custom or digital orders may be non-refundable.)

💛 Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

• Items must be returned within 21 days

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or personalised items

• Downloadable PDF patterns or digital products

• Sale items (unless damaged or faulty)

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care when packing your order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund — your choice.
