International Delivery Policy
We aim to process orders within 1-2 days, with the exception of PREORDERS and CUSTOM REQUESTS.
All our physical copies of the charts will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked (tracking number provided).
We offer free international shipping on orders £130 or more
POLITE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for incorrect tracking status, shipping delays, or any lost/damaged shipments.

UK Delivery Policy
UK flat orders will be shipped via 24 , 48 or Everi tracked, which include tracking.
All boxes and project bags will be shipped with tracking information.

Customs and import taxes
US Customers:
We continue shipping to the US as usual. All prices, once checked out, are final - you won't be asked to pay any further tariff when receiving your parcel.
Rest of the World:
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please check the requirements before placing your order.

Where do you ship from?
All items are handmade and shipped from the UK.
How long will my order take?
Most items ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order arrives.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! If you're not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. (Custom or digital orders may be non-refundable.)
Return Policy
- Return eligibility depends on the items in your order.
- Where returns are accepted, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging or as otherwise indicated in the return instructions. We may reduce your refund if the item has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.
- You may request a return within 7 days after your item is delivered.
- You are responsible for arranging return shipping.
- Some items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union returns and cancellations

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery, if you paid for delivery. We are not required to refund any additional amount paid for express or premium delivery beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds
