OOAK Hand dyed fabric - Cosmic Taffy

Our hand-dyed fabrics are dyed by hand in small batches onto a premium Zweigart base — the world's leading manufacturer of needlework textiles. Each piece is individually dyed, giving it a beautiful, characterful finish that makes your stitching truly one of a kind.

Available fabric counts:

• 14ct, 16ct, 18ct, 20ct Aida — pre-cut to 19" × 21" (48cm × 53cm)
• 32ct Evenweave — pre-cut to 19" × 27" (48cm × 69cm)

Each piece is pre-cut and sold as an individual cut. If you order multiple quantities, each will be cut and shipped as separate individual pieces rather than as one continuous length.

As each piece is hand-dyed, colours may vary slightly between dye lots — this is part of the natural beauty of hand-dyed fabric.

Washing: We recommend not washing your hand-dyed fabric before stitching. If washing is necessary, machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Wash separately as some colour bleed may occur. Do not bleach.

Drying: Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not tumble dry. Keep away from direct sunlight to preserve the colours.

Ironing: Iron on the reverse side while slightly damp, using a warm iron. Use a pressing cloth to protect the fabric.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in a breathable bag or wrapped in acid-free tissue paper.

International Delivery

• Europe: approximately 5–10 business days
• USA, Canada & Rest of World: approximately 7–14 business days
• International orders are sent via Royal Mail International or an equivalent tracked service

Returns Policy

We hope you love your order, but if you need to return an item, please note the following:

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return
• Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Once we have received and inspected the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
• We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, cut, or used

💛 Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

• Items must be returned within 21 days

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or personalised items

• Downloadable PDF patterns or digital products

• Sale items (unless damaged or faulty)

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care when packing your order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund — your choice.
