We ship from the UK. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
UK Delivery
- Flat orders ship via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class with tracking
- All boxes and project bags include tracking
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Free shipping on orders over £50
International Delivery
- Europe: estimated 3–5 business days
- Rest of World: estimated 7–21 business days
- Physical charts ship via Royal Mail Standard (untracked) or Tracked — we strongly recommend choosing a tracked service for destinations outside Europe
- We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed untracked parcels once they leave the UK
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply

💛 Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

💸 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care when packing your order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund — your choice.
